Synopsis
Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (QSQT) brought to the fore an actor representing the youth. The young people were tired of the patterns
set by their earlier idols. The winds of change had affected style, attitudes and thinking of the youth. Aamir and
Miss India Juhi Chawla also made her debut with this film. Though the storyline was the jaded rivalry of Thakur parivaars, the
freshness and charm exuded by the leading pair drove the cinegoer crazy. The death of the young lovers in the end left a poignant
note, which everybody felt as real. Aamir and Juhi were hailed as convincing actors
