Bandgobi-Matar

Fresh Cabbage cooked with Peas & spices

Ingredients

1 Medium sized cabbage

1 cup frozen peas

1/2 tsp. Mustard seeds

1/2 tsp. Haldi

5 tbs. Oil

Salt & chili Powder according to taste

Serve with

Serve with chapati and daal.

Method

1.Wash & shred the cabbage.
2.Heat oil in a pan and put mustard. When mustard starts sputtering, add cabbage, salt, haldi (turmeric powder), chili powder & frozen peas.
3.Cook on medium heat till the cabbage gets tender.
