Bhute ke Pakode

Corn Cutlets

Ingredients

6 tender corns cobs

1 tbsp. chopped coriander

3 green chilies, finely chopped

Salt according to taste

Oil for deep frying

Serve with

Eat hot with any of the Chutneys.

Method

1.Grate the corn cobs. Add the coriander, green chilies and salt and mix.
2.Heat the oil, drop a little mixture and deep fry until golden.
3.Repeat for the remaining mixture.
