Bread Poha
A tasty breakfast dish made of bread slices
ngredients
3 nos. Bread slices
1 chopped Green chilies
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
2 tbsp. Peas
1 tsp. Mustard seeds
1 sprig. Curry leaves
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
3 tbsp. Oil
Salt and red chilies according
to taste
Advice
If you wish add 1/2 chopped
boiled potato also.
Method
1. Put oil in a pan and
fry mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, peas, and onion to the
frying pan and fry well.
3. When cooked add 1/2 cups of water and salt to taste and bring to
a boil.
4. Cut the bread into cubes and add to the mixture only then when
the whole water evaporates.
5. Add the lemon juice and stir. Mix well and serve hot.
