3 cups Flour
1 1/2 cup Radish, finely
grated
A handful Radish leaves,
sliced
A handful Coriander leaves,
sliced
2 chopped Green chilies
1/2 tsp. Chopped Ginger
1 tsp. Ajwain (Oregano seeds)
Salt and Chili powder

Ghee (clarified butter) for
Parathas
1. First of all mix
together the salt and flour and rub in the Ghee(clarified butter), then
add enough water to make a stiff dough.
2. Now prepare a mixture of the remaining ingredients together and
keep aside.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a
shape of puri and spread the radish mixture on it.
4.Now seal the edges nicely and sprinkle a little flour and roll
the paratha in a round shape.
5. Grease a tava (griddle) with Ghee(clarified butter) and place
the paratha over it, when done on one side turn on the other side and
apply Ghee(clarified butter) again and fry properly till both sides turn
golden colored.
