200 GMS.( 1/2 LB) cubed pcs.
of Paneer
4 hard boiled Eggs
1 tsp. of Garlic paste
2 tbsp. Onion paste
3/4 tsp. of Tomatoes, blanched
& diced
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
2 tbsp. Oil/Ghee (clarified
butter)
Salt, chili powder and pepper
powder according to taste
A handful of coriander leaves
for garnishing
1. Fry the paneer pcs.
until pale gold color. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp.. Oil/Ghee(clarified butter) and fry grounded onion
and garlic to a golden brown color.
3. Now add all the spices except garam masala and fry slightly then
put in tomatoes and cook till oil/Ghee(clarified butter) separates.
4. Put in 1 cup water and cook till dry, then mash to a smooth
paste with the help of a wooden spoon.
5. Again add1 cup more of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and
put in paneer and eggs. Simmer gently for 10 -15 minutes.
6. Serve hot garnished with garam masala and coriander leaves.
