Lasooni Murgh
Garlic flavored spicy Chicken
Ingredients
750g.
boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
250g. Curd
1 pod garlic,
grounded to a paste
Juice of 1
lemon
1/2 tbsp.
chaat masala
2 tsp. white
pepper powder
A few strands
saffron
1 tsp. Cumin
seeds
Salt
according to taste
Oil for
cooking
1 cut grated
cheese
4 tbsp. fresh
cream
Serve with
Serve hot with rotis or naans.
Method
1.Beat
curd. Add garlic paste, line juice, salt, garam masala, pepper powder and
saffron to it.
2.Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for one or two hours.
3.Heat three tsp. of oil in a pan.
4.Add the cumin seeds and allow it to sputter and now add the
marinated chicken. Fry well.
5.Cover and cook on a low heat till done. Add fresh cream.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese
