Mighty Chicken
Chicken prepared with tangy spices
Ingredients
200 GMS cubed Boneless chicken
2-3 Spring onion
1 tsp. Garlic paste
1 tsp. Ginger paste
2 Fresh red chili, chopped
2 tsp. Chili sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. White pepper
2 tsp. Egg cream
500 GMS Cornflour
Serve with
Serve hot with green chutney.
Method
1.Take pieces of
boneless chicken in a bowl.
2.Marinate it with chopped spring onion greens, garlic, salt, white
pepper, & egg cream. Leave it aside.
3.Dust them with cornflour.
4.Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry them on a slow fire, till golden
brown.
