Murg Angaar
Chicken pieces with a rich coating
of curd and cheese.
Ingredients
400 GMS boneless
chicken
100 GMS cheese
250 ml curd
a pinch of
turmeric powder
10 GMS finely
chopped green chili
10 GMS finely
chopped ginger
1 tsp. garam
masala powder
Salt according to
taste
1 tbsp. coriander
leaves, chopped
Serve with
Salad, potato chaat and onion rings.
Method
1.Cut the
chicken into small pieces.
2.Marinade it by- Adding curd, turmeric powder, finely chopped green
chilies, crumbled cheese, ginger, garam masala powder and seasoning. Mix well.
Check the seasoning.
3.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and keep aside for 1 hour.
4.Skewer the chicken pieces and cook in the tandoor or barbecue for 30
minutes.
5.Serve hot on the hot sizzler tava (griddle), garnished with coriander
leaves.
