Murg Malai
Creamy chicken grilled in a tandoor.
Ingredients
500 GMS boneless chicken
40 GMS ginger-garlic paste
20 ml vinegar
Salt according to taste
150 GMS cheese
3 eggs
40 GMS cornflour
40 GMS hung curd
20 GMS green chilies, chopped
finely
15 GMS coriander leaves,
chopped finely
4 tbsp. fresh cream

Serve with mint chutney.
Method
1.Marinate the chicken
with ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt.
2.Mix the cheese, eggs, cornflour and hung curd well and add to the
marinated chicken.
3.Add chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. Mix well.
4.Add cream and mix gradually.
5.Skewer the chicken pieces and cook in a hot tandoor or over the
charcoal grill till done.
