Cheese Uttapam
South Indian Uttapam with a cheese flavor.
Ingredients
1 packet instant dosa mix (200
grams)
For the topping:
4 tbsp. grated cheese
2 green chilies, finely
chopped
Butter for cooking
Advice
If you do not like cheese, put
tomato slices, onion slices and green chilies or a combination of all
three.
Serve with
Serve hot with dosa chutney.
Method
1.Make the dosa mixture
according to the instructions on the packet
2.Grease a non-stick frying pan. Spread 4 to 5 spoonfuls of the
mixture at a time.
3.Spread a little butter around in the pan and cook for a few
minutes.
4.Spread a little grated cheese, green chili on the top and turn on
the other side and cook for a few minutes.
