Paneer Tikka
Cottage Cheese with Green pepper
Ingredients
400 GMS cottage cheese, cubed
1 capsicum cubed
200 GMS curd
2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. garam masala powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
finely chopped
15 g mint leaves finely
chopped
6 flakes (12 g) garlic finely
chopped
Salt according to taste
For the garnishing:
100 GMS red cabbage, shredded
1 lime, sliced
Serve with
Serve with lime slices on the
bed of red cabbage.
Method
1.Mix the curd, salt,
garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together
till the mixture almost resembles a paste.
2.Marinate the cottage cheese cubes and chopped capsicum for two
hours in this mixture.
3.Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done.
