Paneer capsicum kabab
Paneer marinated in capsicum & spices
Ingredients
400 gms.(3/4 LB) cubed paneer
1 crushed capsicum
1 cup curd/yogurt
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tbsp. garam masala powder
1 bunch of coriander leaves,
finely chopped
1 tbsp. mint leaves, finely
chopped
6 flakes of garlic, finely
chopped
Salt according to taste
For garnishing:
Red cabbage, shredded
1 lime, sliced
Serve with
Serve with lime slices and
shredded red cabbage.
Method
1.Mix altogether beaten
curd, salt, garam masala powder, chili powder, coriander powder, crushed
capsicum, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the
mixture forms a paste.
2.Marinate the paneer cubes in this mixture for 3-4 hours.
3.Grill or bake in a hot oven at 400 degree F for 20 to 25 minutes
OR till soft and done.
