Spicy Crackers
Mouthwatering preparation of potatoes
Ingredients
4 cups Maida (All purpose
flour)
2 cups Rice flour
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
Oil for frying
For topping
4 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 small Green Onion, finely
chopped<
2-4 Chilies, chopped
2 tsp. Mango powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1tsp Cumin powder
Serve with
Serve with green chutneys &
Tomato Ketchup.
Method
1.To Prepare Crackers -
mix both flours, oil, and salt and mix well. Add water and form the dough.
2.Divide into equal portions and make small rounds. Roll to the
size of a cookie.
3.Heat oil to medium heat in a pan and fry them, turning every
sides so they are cooked evenly and have a light brown color on all sides.
4.When done, drain and cool on a plate covered with a paper towel.
5.To Prepare Topping - mix all the above ingredients with potatoes.
6.Spread it on Crackers and serve with drinks.
