Cauliflower Soup

 

Nutritious soup rich in Minerals, Vitamins and Fibber

Ingredients

250 grams cauliflower

 

1 small chopped onion

 

3 cups skim milk

 

1 tsp. butter

 

Salt and pepper according to taste

 

Method

1.Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 cups of water in a vessel and bring to boil.
2.When cooked, blend in a mixer and strain.
3.Heat the butter and cook the onion for 1/2 minute.
4.Add the soup and boil for 5 minutes.
5.Add salt and pepper. Serve hot. Top with chopped coriander.
