Lonely Night
and A Mother's Love

lonely night and a mother's love,poem lonely night and a mother's love,lonely night and a mother's love poem,poetry lonely night and a mother's love,lonely night and a mother's love poetry

Alone I am on the park seat,
With no one around except my baby with me,
It is a moonlight night,
And the stars are shining,
We are all alone
In this world,
Just the two of us

The giant expanse of sky,
Above us,
With so many stars sewn on it,
What mysteries does it hold?

I feel the sweet touch of my baby
On my face,
He tugs at my love,
As he looks at me with a odd look
Oh, the joy of this moment!

I feel a motherly pride,
Overcome me,
As I cuddle his soft body
Close to mine,
The cold wind blows,
And a cloud shadows the moon
So alone we are from this world
As we sit together on this park bench
With only a baby's happy smile to
Light my soul.
